- Responding to mails and phone queries concerning the follow up of: the cases, the payments, the surveyor visits and recovery cases.

- Processing the registration of the entries for new clients and cancellations of companies(corporate health)
-Verifying forms and documents to check eligibility for the corporate insurance of any employees of the companies.
- Advising/educating for the procedures of the registration and on the plan chosen by the company.
-Close collaboration with broker and agents for any change in policy and procedures.
- Ownership of mails- on shift- and meeting demands and requests of clients daily.
- Close collaboration with the processing team to cross verify data of client to process the policy documents.
- Close collaboration with the sales medical team to cross verify policy plan opted and changes.
- Close collaboration with the claims department to confirm eligibility of the addition of babies on plan.
- Frequent training given by the underwriting team to update on formal policy procedure/ customer service procedures/ deadlines on registration of clients on the health corporate insurance.
