*Lead the pattern making department and coach staff to achieve a culture of 'right first time'

*Liaise with Designers and Merchandisers for pattern drafting , planning and setting priorities.

*Liaise with other internal departments such as Graphic design , Embroidery ,Printing and Sample make up floor to ensure smooth flow till finish product.

Assist Production department to give input on possible solution to issues when required.

*Deal with customers to discuss and resolve technical issues concerning fit.

* Filter all issues regarding technical sketches and patterns.

* Quality checks of production sample ,fit and makeup.

*Account holder for Bangladesh and Indian factories and liaise with the sample managers and sample departments to follow up on pattern drafting ,support and advise on modifications to achieve correct and expected fit.

*Bangladesh factory visit to check standards in place.

*India (Dehli and Tirrupur) factory visits to discuss, setup and ensure standards met according to Gymshark requirements.

• Manage the sample department, coaching 6 pattern makers to achieve right first-time products and always meet tight deadlines.
• Followup and maintain excellent communication with overseas clients, designers and sample & production departments.
• Assess, evaluate fits and propose alternatives solutions to achieve requested final products.
• Working in a cost-effective way while meeting quality standards and meeting customer’s target
• Ensure designs meet client specifications by reviewing proposals and updating customers on project milestones.
• Use CAD software, such as Modaris and Gerber to model and design textiles before submitting to clients.
• Liaised with external clients and internal departments before jobs to obtain important project information and discuss make up details and garment feasibility etc…
• Graded products to guarantee comfortable and appropriate fit for end users.
• Marketing trips to UK (Topshop) and France (Lacoste).

• Attend meetings with designers and merchandisers to discuss on garment feasibility.

• Created own design for private clients (Dresses, skirts ,Wedding dresses …etc) and also uniforms for corporate (Hotels, Accountancy firm , Banking and other retail firms).
