. Support ways parents and families can become involved in school.

. Assist parental involvement in home-based activities such as helping with homework and encouraging children to read.

. Help parents increase their knowledge of child development and support them in parenting skills.

. Establish links between home, school and community or other relevant institution in respect of children suffering from social, emotional and behavioral problem.

. Provide direct support in special cases of learners in psychological distress and advise on referrals when appropriate and required.

. Assist in screening of children having learning disabilities and work closely with the Educational Psychologist & Social worker with an appropriate follow-up programme.

. Conduct sensitization/awareness program with parents/learners and to liaise with other institution as when required.

. Attend continuous professional development, including training, capacity-building sessions, health and well-being activities.

- Administrative tasks

- Organise health & well being workshops

- Consult with Educational Psychologists to mount workshop for Educators during school holidays

- Generate insurance certificates

- Calculation of premiums

- Assist the accountant

• Provided one-on-one tutoring sessions, tailoring instruction to meet the specific needs of the student while promoting independent learning skills.
