As a nursing officer, I was posted in May 2022 in a high-dependency unit for one and a half years, and the job I did was to provide emergency care.

• Reviewed medication orders for accuracy before administering them to the patients.
• Monitored vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse rate of patients.
• Maintained accurate records of patient care, treatments, and procedures.
• Assessed the need for additional staff, equipment, and services based on historical data and seasonal trends.
• Developed individualized treatment plans based on patient's needs and preferences.
• Carried out wound dressing and provided post-operative care instructions to the patients.
• Responded promptly to physicians' orders regarding changes in treatment plans or medications.
• Assisted physicians during examinations and surgeries, if required.
• Monitored inpatient bed use, facilities, and staff to provide optimal use of resources.
• Adhered strictly to safety protocols while performing nursing duties.
• assisting doctors during intubation of patient e.g titration of drugs for intubation

from june 2023 till now i work in the operation theater as an anesthetic nurse and i have duties to prepare each case for doctors e.g checking ventilators , laryngoscope and all apparatus necessary during intubation furthermore i use to prepare sterile fields for doctors for spinal or epidural anesthesia .likewise i usually titrate all the drugs prior to surgery as per doctors i have work as anesthetic nurse in relatively all type of surgeries except open heart surguries

in addition to these, i used to work as an icu nurse in the operation theater as there is no place available in icu and provide the same care as icu nurses
