• Liaise with Consultant
• Liaise with Authorities (CWA and CEB)
• Do Internal POW on Ms Project for weekly follow up
• Do weekly meeting with supervisors to discuss program, progress, plant and equipment and any difficulties
• Liaise with suppliers for delivery of required material
• Liaise with QS prior to starting of any new work or any variation work

Construction of 115 housing units and associated infrastructure works at La Valette, Bambous (NHDC).

• Liaise with the consultant and architect for daily site work planning.
• Structural Work Supervision.
• Infrastructure Work Supervision: (i) Sewer Network, (ii) CWA Reticulation, (iii) Drain, Kerb, and Roadworks, (iv) football pitch and amenities.

Construction of Vuillemin SME Park (DBM)

• Liaise with Consultant and Architect
• Structural supervision of 10 Commercial Block Buildings
• Infrastructural work supervision ; (i) Sewer Network (ii) Buried CEB Network (iii) CWA Reticulation (iv) Buried Telecom Network (v) Buried CCTV Network (vi) Drainage system, Kerbing & Roadworks

• Renovation at Le Meridien Hotel
• Construction of Detention Centre Piton
• Construction of access road at Domaine Mahe
• Construction of 26 Housing Units at Terre-Rouge [MHC]
